Herniated Discs, Sciatica and Spinal Decompression

Herniated discs create the symptoms we call Sciatica which can include a shooting pain down the leg, burning sensations, numbness and even paralysis or loss of motor control.

Herniated discs put pressure on the spinal cord which sends vital communication from the brain to the rest of the body.

It is common for a patient with a herniated disc to come to our Colorado Springs Spinal Decompression clinic and complain that they cannot feel one or both of their legs.

The same is true in the neck. A herniated disc can cause muscle atrophy, loss of control over the hands, numbness, and constant pain.

Spinal decompression can increase the space between the discs of the spine during treatment, and allow for the disc to move back into its functional and intended location, between the discs of the spine. This relieves undue pressure on the nerves of the spine and the nerves that exit the spine to the extremities.

During treatment, it is common for patients to regain motor control, strength, and feeling in their limbs.

If you are suffering from a herniated disc, before you consider surgeries, drugs, chiropractic care or physical therapy, we strongly encourage you to take us up on our 2 Free offer to see if you qualify and respond to treatment.  It simple and their is no obligation.

If you have an MRI of your herniated disc, please br
